Smartwaiver is an electronic signature and electronic contracting extension that is used in the recruitment and induction process. It allows people to sign on paper contracts such as employment or insurance policies online and convert them to an electronic smart contract.
In addition to being digital and convenient, Smartwaiver also protects the integrity of your documents by creating and storing a unique identifier for each one of your participants.
When your participants complete their on-boarding paperwork, Smartwaiver converts the document into a digital Smart Contract that is stored in the cloud. They can then sign the contract on the extension and save it to their device. This means that your organization can view your contract at any time, even if the user's device is offline.
